My Story
A supernova is a star that outshines all the others, filling the galaxy with its twinkly light for a short while. Supernova Faces - London Face Painter aims to bring some fleeting (washable!) sparkly stardust to your party or event.

I'm an East End face painter with three cockney sparrows, who all love dressing up and face paint. I got the face painting bug after using a Snazaroo starter kit on my own children., but it wasn't until I read a book from the library called "How to Get a Job You Love" that I realised I could to make my passion my career. After some really good professional training from the amazing Liz Bylett (Follies, FACE Association Committee), Supernova Faces was established in 2018.

When I was setting up my kit with professional paints (so much more vibrant than the Snazaroo!) I was challenged to choose biodegradable glitter. All my glitter tattoos to this day are made using biodegradable glitter, and I offer a wide range of chunky and super chunky bio glitter which is particularly popular for events in parks - for guilt-free sparkle!
